1. Does your builder provide one-off designs, and at what cost? (Be sure to get the design fully quoted.)
2. If your own designer or architect creates a plan to suit your lifestyle and site, will your builder give you a complete fixed price on this design?
3. Can you modify one of your builder’s existing plans, and can they provide a fixed quote on the altered design?
